Use the tree view to build complex models. Add multiple tasks, each with multiple cost elements such as labor, material, tooling, expenditures, etc. Each task model can have a set of equations to define cycle times, material quantities, cost, etc.
A product design model can have equations that link to product factors such as production volume, duration, and price. The design model variables can be linked to taskmodel variables. Detailed cost results, profit and loss statement, and other informative reports are provided.

The design model can be used for linking to costing.
You can calculate cycle times, costs, scrap rates to input to the cost model.

Use Quick Entry with question prompts for convenient and
error free-entry of data for costing.

Plot graphs and sensitivity studies.
Optimizing cavity number for cost is easy using a cost model.
Cost breakdowns and their sensitivity to volume and process factors
help you target reductions.

This is part of a summary report that can be viewed on screen and printed.
You can generate many reports including bill of materials.
Include your company name and logo in the reports.

Print detailed summary of elements (resource usage) in each task.
Such detailed breakdowns allow you to pinpoint high cost elements for optimization.
Line rates tell you how many lines (stations) you need.
This will indicate whether you have the capacity to meet orders within the required time.

The resource report details how resources are consumed.
The list for materials is the bill of materials.
You can print quantity only for providing to your customers.
You can also see how much each resource contributes to cost of the end product.
Here the details for a composite pipe are shown. The report is continued in the next figure.
